The Matchem Group/MCR was formed to create a national footprint in developing and revitalizing communities by using strategy-based processes. The mission is to drive awareness and strategic planning that focus on the wellness and the prosperity of the people, families and communities we serve. 

Our vision is to form a broad-based, multi-disciplinary coalition of community stakeholders who impact communities and develop and implement creative community-based strategies to enhance economic opportunity, build stronger neighborhoods, and ensure a dynamic framework for quality growth and development.
